Before You Book · Appointment Timing & Attendance Policy

• Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the originally allocated time.
• Maximum lateness: 15 minutes. Beyond this the session may be shortened, forfeited, or rescheduled at the clinician's discretion (no-show fee may apply).
• Cancellations under 24 hours: 50% of the session fee. No-shows: 100% of the session fee.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
