Psychological & Mental Health Care for Individuals, Families & Organizations

Comprehensive psychological services, structured clinical programs, integrated recovery support, and mental health programs for workplaces, schools, communities, and organizations.

Clinical Care

Clinical Services

Professional psychological assessment, consultation, counselling, and therapy for adolescents and adults, delivered within the scope of psychological practice and tailored to individual clinical needs.

Targeted Interventions

Specialized & Preventive Programs

Structured psychological programs designed around specific clinical, developmental, behavioural, or life-transition needs. Programs are psychology-led and delivered within professional scope, with additional professional input where specifically included in the agreed care plan.

Highest Level of Care

Integrated Stabilization & Recovery Programs

Structured collaborative care programs providing coordinated psychological and psychiatric support for individuals with significant or ongoing mental health needs. Care is guided by clinical assessment and an agreed care plan, with psychologists and psychiatrists maintaining clearly defined professional responsibilities and practising within their respective scopes of practice.

Psychological care

Psychologists provide psychological assessment, clinical formulation, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, behavioural interventions, adherence support, coping strategies, and recovery-focused psychological care.

Psychiatric care

Appropriately registered psychiatrists provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis within their professional scope, medical management, and medication-related clinical decisions. Psychiatric care is provided as part of the agreed collaborative care plan.

Coordinated care

Psychologists and psychiatrists coordinate relevant aspects of care through appropriate professional communication and consent. Each professional retains responsibility for the services within their respective scope, ensuring that psychological and psychiatric care remain distinct, complementary, and clinically coordinated.

Professional Scope & Collaborative Care

The Healing Table provides psychology-led care coordinated with psychiatric services where clinically appropriate and included in the agreed care plan. Psychologists provide psychological assessment, formulation, psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and psychological interventions within their professional scope. Appropriately registered psychiatrists provide psychiatric assessment, medical management, and medication-related clinical decisions within their professional scope. Collaborative care involves coordination between these distinct professional roles and does not mean that their responsibilities are interchangeable.

Organizations & Communities

Corporate & Community Mental Health Programs

Evidence-informed mental health programs supporting healthier workplaces, schools, institutions, families, and communities.

These programs are designed for organizations, institutions, schools, faith-based organizations, NGOs, community groups, and other organizational clients. The organization or institution is the client, and programs are delivered at the organizational, group, or community level.

How Our Programs Are Delivered

Psychology-led by default. Programs are delivered by appropriately qualified psychology professionals and focus on psychological education, prevention, wellbeing, skills development, and appropriate support and referral pathways.

Collaborative care where appropriate. Where clinically or programmatically indicated, additional input from an appropriately registered psychiatrist may be incorporated into the agreed program scope. Psychologists and psychiatrists maintain distinct professional responsibilities and provide services within their respective professional scopes.

Individual clinical needs. Where an individual requires assessment, psychotherapy, psychiatric assessment, medical management, or other individualized care, appropriate referral or transition to the relevant professional service is made.

Corporate Mental Health & Workplace Wellbeing

Community Mental Health Programs

Individual Therapy vs Workplace Programs

In Individual Therapy, the individual is the client — workplace stress, burnout, conflict, occupational anxiety, and difficult working conditions are all addressed there. In the Workplace Mental Health & Wellness Program, the organization is the client, and the focus is organizational wellbeing, education, prevention, resilience, and group-level support.

Choosing the Right Service

Short answers to the questions asked most often about scope, cost, and delivery format.

How much does the Household Employee Psychological Suitability Assessment cost?
Current fees for this assessment are listed on the Pricing page. It is offered In-Home and Onsite only.
Is Crisis Management & Coping Strategies an emergency response service?

Which delivery formats are available?
Virtual sessions online, In-Home sessions at the client's residence, Onsite sessions at an agreed professional setting, and Hybrid delivery for longer integrated programs.
